Mix Pickle

Carrot, celery, cauliflower and cucumber cut large so every piece keeps its crunch, then cured with garlic, tarragon and turmeric. This is the centrepiece jar — the one that lives on the table beside the rice.

Our classic mix, finely cut. Easier to spoon, quicker to soak up the brine, and perfect alongside stews, sandwiches and rice.

شور
Cured in salt brine rather than vinegar, Shoor is the gentle end of the torshi shelf: refreshing, softly sour and very crunchy. Ideal for anyone new to Persian pickles.

شور تند
Same crunch, real heat. Whole green chilies are cured right alongside the vegetables, so the brine itself carries the fire.

Smoked Eggplant Pickle

Eggplant smoked over flame, then folded with garlic, cilantro, mint and pomegranate syrup. Our most distinctive jar: smoky and sweet-sour all at once, wonderful as a dip or beside grilled meats.
